General thesis

  1. National Research and Educational Innovation and Technology Consortium of universities of mineral raw materials and fuel and energy complex (the Consortium) is a voluntary association of higher education institutions of technical profile that train personnel for the mineral and fuel and energy complex - Members of the Consortium. Consortium members combined by objectives of training the current level of scientific and technological innovation and provide the fuel and energy complex.
  2. Consortium members are:
    • SEI HVE "St. Petersburg State Mining Institute named after G.V. Plekhanov (Technical University)";
    • SEI HVE "Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas";
    • SEI HVE "Moscow State Mining University";
    • SEI HVE "Tyumen State Oil and Gas University";
    • SEI HVE "Ufa State Oil Technical University";
    • SEI HVE "Ukhta State Technical University";
    • SEI HVE "Russian State Geological Prospecting University named after S. Ordzhonikidze";
    • SEI HVE "Ural State Mining University";
    • SEI HVE "Kuzbass State Technical University";
    • SEI HVE "North-Caucasian Mining and Metallurgical Institute (State Technical University)".
  3. A consortium may have stamps, letterheads, and print their own symbols and name.
  4. Consortium is not a legal entity.
  5. Consortium members operate on the basis of their charters, this thesis as well as the agreements concluded between the Members of the Consortium or Consortium members and the third persons engaged in the implementation of projects, programs and activities carried out within the framework of joint activities in accordance with this Thesis.
  6. The participation of universities in the Consortium does not impose any restrictions on their autonomy and independent exercise of their statutory activities.
  7. This thesis shall enter into force upon its approval by the General Meeting of the Consortium Members.
  8. The consortium is created on the basis of the Agreement concluded by the participants for an indefinite term.
  9. Consortium’s activity is built on the basis of contracts, agreements and terms concluded between the members of the Consortium and it is aimed at achieving common goals for all participants in joint activities.
